Content Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
1. Scope
This Content Policy applies to everything you post, upload, stream, or share across the 24HG ecosystem — profiles, the social feed, forums, clan spaces, chat, game servers, and any other surface where users contribute content. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Prohibited Content
The following is not allowed anywhere on the platform:
- Illegal content — anything that breaks applicable law, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the relevant authorities
- Harassment & hate — targeted abuse, threats, or content that demeans people based on protected characteristics
- Violence & harm — credible threats, incitement to violence, or promotion of self-harm
- Sexual content involving minors or non-consent — strictly prohibited, zero tolerance
- Cheating & exploits — distributing cheats, hacks, or tools designed to gain an unfair advantage on our game servers
- Malware & fraud — malicious files, phishing, scams, or account-theft attempts
- Spam & manipulation — mass unsolicited messaging, fake engagement, or platform manipulation
- Infringement — content that violates copyright or trademark (see our Copyright & DMCA Policy)
- Impersonation — pretending to be another person, brand, or 24HG staff
3. Enforcement
When content breaks this policy we may, depending on severity and history, take any of the following actions: remove the content, issue a warning, restrict features, temporarily suspend, or permanently close an account. Decisions consider context, intent, and whether the behaviour is repeated. Serious or illegal content is removed immediately and may be referred to law enforcement.
4. Reporting a Problem
Anyone — including people without an account — can report content that may break this policy:
- Use the in-app Report control on a post, profile, or message
- Use our online report form — no account required
- Email [email protected] with a link and a short description
Reports route to our moderation queue. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and review urgent safety issues first.
5. Appeals
If you believe a moderation action against your account or content was wrong, you can appeal. Use the appeal option shown with the action notice, or email [email protected]. A different reviewer will reassess the decision where possible, and we will tell you the outcome.
6. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you create and share. Keeping 24HG welcoming is a shared effort — play fair, be decent to other people, and report what you see going wrong.
