By accessing or using any services provided by 24 Hour Gaming ("24HG", "we", "us"), including but not limited to 24hgaming.com, hub.24hgaming.com, and all associated sub-domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

24HG provides a gaming community platform that includes:

• Community Hub — forums, chat, clans, matchmaking, and social features
• NovaStack — game server hosting and management via novastack.org
• Discord community server
• Additional services as they become available

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Upload or distribute malware, cheating tools, or exploits
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our services for cryptocurrency mining
• Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks
• Distribute copyrighted content without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam, advertise, or solicit without permission
• Circumvent any access restrictions or rate limits

5. Game Server Hosting (NovaStack)

For users of our game server hosting services through NovaStack:

• Servers are billed on a monthly basis
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Server resources are subject to fair use — excessive abuse of shared resources may result in throttling or suspension
• We provide daily automated backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups as well
• We reserve the right to suspend servers that violate these terms

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on our platform. By posting content, you grant 24HG a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within our services. We may remove content that violates these terms at our discretion.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

24HG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our platform or email.
