1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by 24 Hour Gaming ("24HG", "we", "us"), including but not limited to 24hgaming.com and all associated sub-domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

24HG provides a gaming community platform that includes:

  • Community Hub — feed, chat (Vox), clans, matchmaking, tournaments, guides, and social features
  • Game servers we operate (Counter-Strike, Rust, Minecraft and others), with cross-server stats, rankings and highlight clips
  • Fair Play — anti-cheat and a ban list shared across every 24HG server
  • The Store, VIP membership, S-Coins and the Marketplace
  • The Vault — file storage for members
  • 24HG TV — match recordings, clips and live pages
  • NovaStack — game server hosting and management via novastack.org
  • Discord community server
  • Additional services as they become available

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Upload or distribute malware, cheating tools, or exploits
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use our services for cryptocurrency mining
  • Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks
  • Distribute copyrighted content without authorization
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Spam, advertise, or solicit without permission
  • Circumvent any access restrictions or rate limits

5. Game Server Hosting (NovaStack)

For users of our game server hosting services through NovaStack:

  • Servers are billed on a monthly basis
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Server resources are subject to fair use — excessive abuse of shared resources may result in throttling or suspension
  • We provide daily automated backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups as well
  • We reserve the right to suspend servers that violate these terms

5a. VIP Membership

VIP is one membership at one price, shown in the Store at the time you subscribe. It renews monthly until you cancel.

  • You can cancel at any time from the Store or your account page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • Payments for a period already started are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
  • The perks that come with VIP are listed in the Store. We may add, change or retire a perk; if a change removes something you paid for, we tell you before your next renewal.
  • VIP never changes how a match ends. It gives convenience, cosmetics and support for the servers, not a gameplay advantage.
  • VIP can also be earned with S-Coins instead of money, on the terms shown in the Store.

5b. S-Coins

S-Coins are points you earn on 24HG by playing, taking part and supporting the community. They are not money.

  • S-Coins have no cash value. They cannot be bought with money, sold, transferred for money, or paid out in money or goods.
  • They can be spent only on the platform, on the items and perks offered at the time.
  • We may correct, reduce or remove S-Coins that were obtained through abuse, bugs, bots or a breach of these terms.
  • S-Coins belong to the account and are lost when the account is deleted.
  • 24HG does not offer gambling, betting or any game of chance for money or S-Coins.

5c. Fair Play

Our servers run anti-cheat and share a ban list. Keeping the servers clean is part of the service.

  • A ban or restriction on one 24HG server can apply to all 24HG servers.
  • We keep a record of each enforcement action (a game identifier such as a Steam ID, the server, the reason and the date) and publish a limited public ledger so players can see the servers are policed.
  • You can appeal a ban through the Fair Play pages or our Discord. We review every appeal, and our decision is final.
  • Cheating software, skin or model changers that break a game publisher's rules, and attempts to get around a ban are grounds for removal from every 24HG service.

5d. The Vault (file storage)

The Vault lets members store files such as game saves, configs and clips.

  • You keep ownership of what you upload and are responsible for having the right to store it. Content that breaks these terms or the law can be removed.
  • Storage limits apply per account.
  • When you delete a file, it is removed from our live storage. Copies in our backups expire with the normal backup rotation.
  • The Vault is a convenience, not an archive. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; we are not liable for lost or corrupted files beyond what the law requires.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on our platform. By posting content, you grant 24HG a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within our services. We may remove content that violates these terms at our discretion.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

24HG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through our platform or email.
